Our Founder
Wei Tsay is the founder of Apologue. Prior to starting the agency, Wei held leadership roles at Wavemaker Global, Laundry Service, and Horizon Media. Former clients include Tiffany & Co., The Ritz-Carlton, J.W. Marriott, Marriott Hotels, Autograph Collection, United Airlines, Rachel Roy, Nike, Jordan Brand, United Airlines, Yosi Samra, Erno Laszlo, The Weather Channel, Lifetime, History, Boar’s Head, Tillamook, Kraft, Mondelez, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Ace Hardware, and many more.
While at Wavemaker Global, Wei was the agency-lead for Marriott International’s M-Live Studio, which went on to win Gold and Silver Creative Data Lions at the 64th Cannes International Festival of Creativity in the categories ‘Social Data’ and ‘Use of Real-time Data.’ At Laundry Service, as Managing Director, Wei helped double the size of the agency’s revenue and staff in less than two years. Before starting his agency career, Wei worked at Vanguard, where he launched the social media presence for their Financial Advisor Services and Institutional Asset Management divisions.
